4. Who can avail of the promo?
The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders in good credit standing.
Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, are not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, whose EastWest credit cards have not been reported lost or stolen, and who have not otherwise violated the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
5. How do I avail of the fuel discount?
To enjoy the discount, follow these steps:
Visit a participating Unioil or Aramco station that accepts credit card transactions.
Inform the station personnel that you wish to avail of the EastWest-exclusive promo.
Pay for your fuel using your qualified EastWest credit card.
Remember, the promo is valid only for direct-to-vehicle tank loading.
6. Where can I use my EastWest credit card to avail of the promo?
You can avail of the promo at participating Unioil and Aramco stations that accept credit card transactions.
7. Is there a daily transaction or fuel limit?
Yes. Each cardholder may avail of a maximum of three transactions per day, with a cumulative limit of 80 liters per day.
8. Can I use the promo for any type of vehicle?
No. The promo is not valid for PO accounts, corporate fleet, public utility vehicles, business commercial vehicles (including trucks, buses and coaches, cargo vans, heavy equipment, specialty vehicles, etc.), or any vehicle with a fuel capacity exceeding 120 liters.
9. Can I combine this promo with other discounts or promotions?
No. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, or any other discount. It also cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts.
10. Can I transfer my discount to another person or convert it to cash?
No. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or gift certificates.
11. What happens if my promo availment is found to be fraudulent?
EastWest reserves the right to charge the full cost of the discount redeemed against the cardholder’s EastWest credit card if the availment is found to be fraudulent, including but not limited to violations of the daily transaction limit and vehicle eligibility restrictions specified in the promo mechanics.
